The phone call
Tell us what you're looking at — acreage, location, timeline. We'll answer whether it's a job we do and what a rough ballpark looks like.
Precision Land Works is an owner-operated site prep and fencing company based in Wesson, MS. Two partners, small crew, direct communication from the first call to the final walk-through.
We founded Precision Land Works to do the kind of work we'd want done on our own property — honest, on-spec, and finished clean. No sales reps, no middlemen, no job too small to show up for.
If you're calling the company, one of us is answering. If you're looking at a finished fence line or a graded pad, one of us ran it.
We keep the crew small on purpose. It means you talk to the guy running the machine — not a dispatcher.
On every job there's a phone call, a site walk, a written quote, and a scheduled start date. You see the plan before we roll. You walk the finished work before we invoice. Nothing in between is a surprise.
For bigger commercial jobs we bring in additional hands as needed — but the partners stay on every project start-to-finish. Your job isn't handed off.
It's the same on a hundred-foot fence and a two-acre pad: phone, site walk, written quote, scheduled pour or install. We keep it simple on purpose.

One of the partners comes out in person. We look at access, drainage, existing structures, and anything that'll affect scope. Usually 30–60 minutes on-site.
You get an itemized quote in writing within 24 hours. Scope, price, timeline. Once it's signed, we schedule the start date.
Call directly or send a quote request. Either way, one of the partners will be back in touch the same day.
